Shipment Processing: All orders are processed in 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or processed on weekends or holidays. We use USPS as our shipping agent. We ship to all addresses in the US including APO/FPO/DPO addresses. You will receive an email when your order has been shipped.
Damages:
Cloud Nine Quilts is not liable for any products lost or damaged during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the US Postal Service to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods to file your claim.

Return Policy
Cloud Nine Quilts works hard to ensure you receive high quality goods and that we fulfill all orders with accuracy. If you should receive a defective product, we will provide a refund or exchange for that product. We do not accept returns of cut yardage or non-defective merchandise.
